Tropika Pina Colada Slushy

1 Can pineapple, decanted and frozen
1 Cup coconut milk
¼ Coconut sugar/ castor sugar
1 Cup Tropika pineapple
½ Cup ice
2 Sprigs mint, picked
Mint and fresh pineapple to garnish
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
Step 2: Pour into cocktail glasses.
Step 3: Garnish with fresh mint and pineapple.
