That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new and exciting celebrity quiz show, Tropika Smoooth Fan – a game show focussed on finding and rewarding the super fans of Mzansi’s favourite celebrities. Dedicated to a particular celebrity, each episode will feature four die-hard fans as they compete in various interactive games in the hopes of being crowned ‘The Smooothest Fan’.
Each episode will contain a series of questions that relate either to the celebrity’s personal life or to their professional career. Contestants need to prove that they are the celebrity’s Smooothest Fan by answering the various trivia questions in the fastest time possible, giving viewers at home an inside look into their crazy lives and uncovering some fun facts about some of Mzansi’s biggest celebrities.

Young, fun and full of flavour, ‘Rori’ Thandekiso is a bright and bubbly South African actress, presenter and musician best known as the lead vocalist for MuzArt – an experimental band that pushes the boundaries by combining soul, house, gospel and jazz influences. She is also known to television viewers for hosting the SABC 1 weekend breakfast show called Mzansi Insider and was a presenter on YoTV. Rori has also had acting roles on a number of television shows including Mzansi Love on e.tv and the SABC1 drama series called Sticks and Stones. This young rising star is loved by her fans and her career is on an unobstructed path to greatness.

Feisty, fiery and as talented as they come, Khaya Dladla is an actor, presenter and entrepreneur who shot to superstardom thanks to his role on the popular SABC 1 drama ‘Uzalo’. The star’s passion for entertainment started during his early years after his parents first sent him to drama classes. All it took was one lesson to have him hooked – the star enjoyed all facets of performance and later became a backing vocalist for musicians such as Hugh Masikela and Thandiswa Mazwai.

Born and bred in Johannesburg, Jeannie knew from a young age that performing was her forte – which is why at the age of 12 she auditioned at the National Schools of the Arts.
